Delivery policy

Navatara offers digital astrology services only. There are no physical products and nothing is shipped to your address.

How you receive your reading

• All readings, reports and plans are sent in your WhatsApp chat with Navatara, as messages, voice notes and PDF reports.
• A copy of a PDF report can also be emailed to you on request.

When you receive it

• The free short reading is sent within a few minutes.
• Paid readings are usually sent within minutes of payment, and always within 24 hours.
• The family plan starts on the day of payment and runs for one year. Forecasts and alerts are sent during that year.

If it does not arrive

If a paid reading has not reached you within 24 hours of payment, send "Help" in the chat or email hello@navatara.world. If we cannot deliver it, you get the full amount back, as set out in our refunds and cancellations policy.

Prices

All prices are in Indian rupees (INR), include all taxes, and are listed on our pricing page. There are no delivery charges.
