Delete your data
You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you and your family. You do not need to give a reason.
The quickest way: WhatsApp
Send these words to us in your Navatara WhatsApp chat, from the phone number you used with Navatara:
Delete my data
We confirm in the chat, and delete everything within 7 days.
By email
Email hello@navatara.world from any address. Include the WhatsApp phone number you used, so we can find your data. We may ask you to confirm the request from that WhatsApp number, to protect you from someone else deleting your data.
What we delete
- Your WhatsApp name and phone number in our records
- All birth details you shared, including those of family members
- Your messages, voice notes and readings
- Reminders and plans linked to your number
What we may keep
Payment records that the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, are kept only for as long as the law requires and are not used for anything else.
If you used Facebook or Instagram to reach us
Deleting your Navatara data does not delete your Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account. Those are managed by Meta in your own app settings.
